Brief Biography: : Catherine Sackey, MPAP, is a visionary policy strategist and equity advocate with over 20 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of Policy Over Politics (POP) Consulting LLC, a certified MWBE firm specializing in policy strategy, nonprofit development, and public-private alignment. Catherine currently serves as an Associate in Academic & Student Support Programs at the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education and previously served as a Policy Graduate Fellow for the State of New Jersey. An alumna of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) and a first-generation college graduate, Catherine holds a Master of Public Affairs and Politics from Rutgers University and begins her second master’s in United Nations and Global Policy in Fall 2025. A 2024 Princeton P3 Scholar and community servant leader, she brings spiritual and strategic insight to every space—building high-trust ecosystems rooted in equity, data, and purpose-driven leadership.
