Brief Biography: : Coley Chappell is the Regulatory Programs Manager, Nuclear Decommissioning Planning Manager for PSEG Nuclear, and has overseen decommissioning planning for the Salem and Hope Creek nuclear power plants in New Jersey since 2018. He has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the nuclear industry, with more than fifteen years in regulatory affairs, and has served in numerous leadership positions including regulatory affairs, engineering, and operations as a licensed Senior Operator. Mr. Chappell graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and served in the Navy and Navy Reserve. He is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics.
