Brief Biography: : Cynthia Foose has been Manager of Customer Analytics & Transformation since December of 2023. In her current role, she leads the customer data analytics and customer relations teams for the Customer Care and Clean Energy Solutions businesses. Ms. Foose manages a data science team, which is focused on implementing advanced data lake projects and dashboards as well as building customer journey and segmentation data models in efforts to provide more robust tools to analyze customer interactions to identify customer experience improvement opportunities. Ms. Foose also leads the investigation and resolution of all BPU, executive and escalated inquiries. Ms. Foose joined PSE&G as an analyst in Customer Operations and held various roles over the past 18 years, supporting field operations, credit and collections, revenue and controls, scorecard and benchmarking, utility marketing as well as lead the implementation of the PSE&G online Marketplace and the evaluation of PSE&G’s Energy Efficiency programs. More recently as Manager of Customer Assessment, Ms. Foose was responsible for managing customer research and leading customer experience team across the utility. Prior to working for PSE&G, Ms. Foose worked ADVA Optical Networking and Avis-Budget Group. Ms. Foose received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ramapo College.
