Brief Biography: : Daniel Rodriguez Jr. has over a decade of experience in the utility industry and currently serves as Manager of Business Planning & Analysis for PHI, an Exelon Company. He leads a team overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Distribution Operations, supporting engineering and outdoor lighting teams from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. Daniel has driven major initiatives such as the Smart Energy Network deployment at Atlantic City Electric, advancing New Jersey’s clean-energy goals, and IIJA Transmission projects securing federal funding for grid modernization. He has completed leadership programs including Emerging Leaders and Latinx Developing Leaders and is deeply committed to employee engagement and DEI, serving as Co-Chair of the ACE Employee Engagement Council, Secretary for OLE, and Events Coordinator for NEW. Beyond work, Daniel volunteers with the Community FoodBank of NJ, Gateway Playhouse, and HAAC, focusing on empowering the next generation of LatinX leaders.
