Brief Biography: : As Founder of Q&A Thought Partners, I am a polymath Consultant and Certified Professional Coach with 20+ years of value-centered leadership across corporate, government, nonprofit, and elected roles. I draw from a rich background – including experience with Willis Towers Watson, Hewlett Packard, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. Department of Commerce – to help individuals and organizations navigate complexity with clarity, emotional intelligence, and purpose. I serve on several boards and committees focused on DEI, higher education, professional and economic development, food insecurity, and sustainable community relationships. I hold an MBA from Rutgers University and certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Ethical Leadership, Project Management (PMP), and Training & Facilitation. My work is grounded in the belief that equity is justice in action – achieved through context, opportunity, and access. Through Q&A Thought Partners, I empower clients to self-discover elite, competitive pathways that strengthen character, intellect, and impact.
