Brief Biography: : Dr. Jeff S. Harmon currently serves as the Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Effectiveness, and Interim Dean of the Heavin School of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education at Thomas Edison State University. In addition to this role, Dr. Harmon is also interim Dean of the Heavin School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education and the University’s IRB Chair. Dr. Harmon formerly served as Associate Vice President for e-Learning and Learning Enterprises at Ocean County College. He is a professor of Business, Management, Marketing, Advertising, and Human Resources and has taught for Amridge University and Ocean County College. Prior to that, Dr. Harmon served as Director of Accreditation for the Commission on Marriage and Family Therapy Education.
