Brief Biography: : With more than two decades of experience leading healthcare innovation, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming how health systems deliver care. As Chief Operating Officer at NJII, I lead with a strong commitment to servant leadership, integrity, and results. I believe in building teams rooted in trust, driven by purpose, and aligned around shared goals. My focus lies in creating environments where collaboration thrives and operational excellence is the standard. Whether it be through guiding strategic decisions or refining processes, I aim to empower others, encourage accountability, and ensure our work is both impactful and sustainable. In my dual role as Executive Vice President of NJII’s Healthcare Division, I bring the same ethos to statewide transformation efforts - listening first, leading with intention, and serving alongside partners to build stronger, more connected healthcare systems. For me, leadership is not about position, it’s about responsibility, service, and making meaningful progress together. I’ve built provider-led platforms that specifically focus on helping aging providers adapt, modernize, and stay relevant in an increasingly tech-driven market. I have helped secure over $100 million in funding to support groundbreaking digital health programs and elevate NJII's position as a national research leader.
