Brief Biography: : Katie Hageman is an accomplished organizational leader with more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration. She currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she helps guide major institutional initiatives, including the creation and implementation of NJIT’s Strategic Plan 2030, the expansion of international university partnerships, public and government affairs efforts, and the development of a new AI research institute. Her career includes leadership roles at the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Cincinnati, where she contributed to strategic planning, strengthened academic operations, advanced major institutional projects, and supported executive decision making. With a background spanning marketing, human resources, academic administration, and strategic leadership, she is committed to building strong organizational alignment and fostering institutional growth.
