Brief Biography: : Kyle Haddock is a Clean Energy Manager for Rockland Electric and with a depth of experience in energy efficiency program design and implementation. Over his career, Kyle has provided leadership in the development of Utility program offerings for residential and commercial customers and driven business development activities for energy affordability programs on a national scale. Of personal and professional interest is the benefits and the impact energy conservation programs have at the national, state, utility, and community level to reduce the energy burden on low-income families and create sustainable jobs.
