Brief Biography: : Lee Clark is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience at the intersection of government, campaign/program management, higher education, and community development. Recognized by Insider NJ as a top emerging leader, Mr. Clark brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder collaboration, legislative advocacy, and politics. Lee manages the New Jersey Future Funding Navigator program, a statewide initiative designed to help under-resourced localities access funding for their drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater needs. Prior to joining New Jersey Future, Lee worked in the Green Acres program at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Prior to entering state government, Lee worked at the New Jersey League of Conservation Voters, managing their environmental justice policy agenda and local advocacy. His work is grounded in equity and strategic public engagement, and spans public service, nonprofit leadership, and academia. Lee is deeply committed to civic empowerment and serves as the first African American councilman in Phillipsburg, New Jersey’s history. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rider University.
