Brief Biography: : Regina L. Wilder is a longtime communications and government affairs professional with over 20 years of experience navigating New Jersey’s political landscape. As Director of Internal Communications and Constituent Relations for the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office, she develops strategic communication initiatives that enhance member visibility and strengthen public engagement around critical issues, including housing, food security, and affordability. Regina has served as Director of Communications under former New Jersey Secretary of State Regina Thomas and Deputy Director of Communications under Speaker Craig J. Coughlin. Known for her ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, she has been instrumental in advancing key legislative initiatives and communities and fostering meaningful constituent connections.
