Brief Biography: : Shaun Fine is the Senior Director Workforce Development and Operation Services on the Clean Energy Solutions team at PSE&G. In this role, Mr. Fine is responsible for strategy and policy, marketing, business development, continuous improvement, program operational support and the jobs program. Mr. Fine has worked for PSE&G for 12 years and has held a variety of leadership positions, including interim senior director of Environmental Projects and Services which included permitting, compliance, sustainability, policy, along with his oversight on financial management and supplier strategy. Mr. Fine is on the advisory board for Montclair University’s College of Science and Math. He is an elected official as a Township Committee for the Township of Warren. Mr. Fine received his bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Scranton, his master’s degree in environmental science jointly from Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology and his MBA from Excelsior University.
